Specifications:

Grade 1

  • Grade 1 top and bottom floor walk way, rewire all fluorescent lamps to LED lights.  (16 Bulbs, 2 full lamps)

​

Grade 4

  • Grade 4 walk way rewire all fluorescent lamps LED lamps and replace all defective bases fluorescent. (10 Bulbs, 3 Lamps & 2 flood lights).

 

Grade 5

  • Grade 5 install new floods lights and rewire from fluorescent to LED. (8 bulbs, 3 full lamps, 3 flood lights).

 

Grade 6

  • Grade 6 install floods light and also grade 7 do all flood lights install also do rewiring from fluorescent to LED. (16 Bulbs, 6 full lamps, 6 flood lights).

Canteen

  • Canteen walk way area rewire all fluorescent lamps to LED and replace damaged bases. (8 bulbs & 1 lamp).

 

Administrative block

  • Conversion and rewiring of 2 fluorescent lights to led in the admin block kitchen. rewiring and fitting new led rod lamp in the kitchen.  (2 lights).

Guardroom

  • Wiring and installation of 2 circuit breaker db, 2 led lights and switches & 2 plugs in the guardroom.

  • Excavation of 15mx50cmx50cm trench for laying new electrical cable connecting the guardroom to the main db and installation of circuit breaker in the main db.

Mobile classroom

  • Wiring of mobile classroom & installation of new LED globes and fan switch. (6 bulbs, 1 switch ).

  • Removal of old tiles and scraping off of old tile adhesive and laying of new tiles (600mm x 600mm) Grade R Q (ORANGE CLASS). [150 meter square]​.

  • Scraping of the loose old paint, filing of cracks with cement and poly filler and painting of 1 classroom wall with matt washable paint (paint to be color matched with existing color)  [150 meter square]​.

  • Removal of old Masonite ceiling and replacing with new rhino board ceiling and painting new ceiling with white ceiling paint.  [150 meter square].

  • Removal of the old toilet and installation of new toilet seat     [ 1 ].

  • Waterproofing the roof with fibre seal resin and spray painting with terra coat roof paint. [850 meter square].

  • Removal of damaged Masonite ceiling board and replacing with rhino board ceiling and painting with White ceiling paint. [36 meter square].

  • Removal of damaged floor tiles and replacing with ones. [36 meter square].

  • Wall painting with light yellow and grey washable paint. [33 meter square].

 

Grade R T (RED CLASS)

  • Removal of damaged floor tiles and installation of new ones. [12 meter square].

  • Wall painting with matt red washable paint. [163 meter square].

  • Breaking the wall to fit 4 air bricks, air vents, 2 x burglar locks and replacement of 2 inside doors. [SUM].
